Project News | Shanghai Disneyland project uses our products

Project Overview:

Shanghai Disney Resort, also known as Shanghai Disney Magic Kingdom Theme Park, is jointly invested and constructed by the American Walt Disney Group and Shendi Group (co-funded by Shanghai Lujiazui Group, Shanghai Jinjiang International Group, Shanghai Media Group and Shanghai Bailian Group), with an investment of 24.5 billion yuan. It is located in Pudong New District, Shanghai, and is a landmark scenic spot in Shanghai International Tourism Resort. It is the first Disney theme park in mainland China, the third in Asia, and the sixth in the world.

The Shanghai Disneyland project uses Tysen-KLD Technology’s KLD-BKS series reactive compensation products and KLD-AMS series active filter products to ensure the safe and stable operation of its power supply system. While effectively improving the power factor, it eliminates the harmonic current generated by non-linear loads and reduces the system voltage and current distortion rate; eliminates the impact of harmonics on common network equipment, prevents various malfunctions caused by harmonics in the system, ensures that reactive compensation and other equipment can be safely put into use, and improves the stability of the system. Thereby reducing the repair and maintenance costs of Disneyland project equipment and extending the service life of equipment.

Our company’s KLD-BKS reactive compensation device:

Product Introduction

KLD-BKS series static filter compensation components are composed of low-voltage power capacitors and filter reactors, and are specially designed for reactive power compensation and filtering of harmonic pollution distribution systems. KLD-power factor controller provides effective reactive power compensation, measurement and monitoring for the power grid, and can be applied to the automatic control of low-voltage reactive power compensation systems.

Main advantages

Reasonable configuration of capacitors and reactors can simultaneously achieve the purpose of reactive power compensation and filtering of some harmonics;

Use low-voltage power capacitors with higher rated voltage: 7% BKS series compensation filter components use 480V capacitors; 14% BKS series compensation filter components use 525V capacitors, which are more stable and reliable in 400V distribution systems;

Use H-class insulation filter reactors, low power consumption and high reliability;

The installation layout in the cabinet is highly autonomous, and other auxiliary devices are self-configured and flexible to select;

Support three-phase compensation, split-phase compensation, and mixed compensation schemes, and different controllers can be selected for control.

Applications

BKS series filter compensation components are suitable for distribution systems where reactive power changes are not frequent.

Reactance rate is 7%: BKS series filter compensation components with a tuning frequency of 189Hz can effectively suppress 5th and above harmonic pollution while providing reliable reactive compensation.
Reactance rate is 14%: BKS series filter compensation components with a tuning frequency of 134Hz can effectively suppress 3rd and above harmonic pollution while providing reliable reactive compensation.

Our company’s KLD-AMS series active filter device:

Product Introduction:

KLD-AMS series active filter devices can effectively eliminate various forms of harmonics. They have the characteristics of fast response speed, wide filtering range, high filtering effect, and are not affected by system parameters. They can improve the quality of electricity, reduce grid losses, and improve power supply efficiency and load capacity. They are very ideal filtering products.

Product functions:

A perfect solution for harmonic control;

Dynamic current compensation eliminates harmonics and improves power factor;

Reduces the heating of harmonics in cables, switches, and transformers;
Reduces power outages and time caused by harmonics;
Improves power utilization and reduces operating costs.
