2023

Expand International Markets
We formulated a global strategy, actively expanded into international markets, and established subsidiaries in multiple countries. In the same year, we also engaged in deep and comprehensive collaboration with universities such as Xi’an Jiaotong University, actively promoting technological innovation and core technology research in intelligent power distribution and new energy technologies.

2022

New Breakthroughs
We achieved sales exceeding RMB 3 billion. In the same year, Tysen-KLD Group acquired SinoDaan Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300635), a listing company on the ChiNext board, further promoting the sustainable development of the Group’s deep integration in fields such as digital infrastructure and green energy.

2021

Marching into New Energy

Tysen-KLD fully branched out into the new energy field, engaging in business sectors such as PV power generation, energy storage systems, micro-grid, and charging pile. In the same year, we signed new energy orders amounting to over RMB 4 billion, thereby laying a solid foundation for the Group’s future growth in the new energy market.

2020

Built a New Factory
Tysen-KLD Smart Power Equipment and New Energy R&D and Manufacturing Industrial Park settled in Kunshan, Suzhou, striving to build a R&D and manufacturing base for new-generation power equipment and new energy products. 2020

The Group’s performance maintained its fast-growth momentum, with a cumulative sales revenue of over RMB 2 billion for power quality products over the last three years.

We successfully acquired SAE-XD Electric Co., Ltd. Leveraging its internationally advanced intelligent electrical technology and global cooperation background, Tysen-KLD expanded into the field of intelligent power distribution and gradually ventured into global markets.

We rose to become an influential company in the field of power quality in China in only 6 years.
