Beijing Municipal Government Relocation–The Four-Organization Supporting Project of Beijing Administrative Sub-Center is a long-term plan and a national event. It is a landmark work to relieve non-capital functions and integrate into the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The basic starting point for building an administrative sub-center is to relieve non-capital functions, and the ultimate goal is to implement the strategic positioning of the capital city, optimize and enhance the core functions of the capital, and improve the level of “four services”.
