Alibaba Global Research Institute – “Damo Academy” includes Asia, Europe, and America Damo Academy, Chinese Academy of Sciences-Alibaba Quantum Computing Laboratory, Tsinghua University-Ant Financial Digital Financial Technology Joint Laboratory, Zhejiang University-Alibaba Frontier Technology Joint Research Center, RISELab (UC Berkeley), Alibaba Innovation Research Program, etc. The Damo Academy Hangzhou Quantum Laboratory project uses our company’s arc protection device, which once again reflects the brand influence of Tysen-KLD in the power automation industry.

The investment amount of the Alibaba Damo Academy Quantum Laboratory project is 1 billion yuan. Alibaba Quantum Laboratory (AQL) is headed by Shi Yaoyun, a former professor at the University of Michigan and chief scientist of Alibaba Cloud Quantum Technology. The laboratory will be committed to the research and development of key technologies such as superconducting quantum computer chips and systems, quantum computing system software and cloud platforms, and cloud simulation drives, attracting a group of international, interdisciplinary, and professional quantum research & engineering teams to build an international cutting-edge laboratory environment and scientific research platform.

KLD-AP arc light fast busbar protection system is a new type of protection system with unique and innovative technology launched by TYSEN-KLD Optoelectronic Technology Company. It breaks through the judgment principle of conventional protection, uses arc light and current detection as two non-correlated parameters as judgment criteria, and uses fast relay Triac technology in the tripping circuit to ensure that the tripping output action time of the protection system is less than 1ms. Compared with traditional busbar protection, it has faster protection action and higher reliability, thus ensuring the safety of operators, minimizing fault losses, and creating conditions for rapid fault handling and power restoration.
